Thursday Dec 03, 2020
Thursday Dec 03, 2020
From state accolades at Mililani High School to national acclaim at University of Central Florida, Quarterback McKenzie Milton added another moment to his incredible journey, announcing Thursday that he would be entering the transfer portal.
After suffering a gruesome injury in 2018 that threatened even amputation, the one that some are calling the greatest to ever play for the Black Knights has decided to move on from the program that has showered him with some unbelievable love, reppin the #10HANA, a marvel even for local people witnessing from back home in the Islands.
In our first ever show in this format, Wayne Coito is joined by hardcore fans - the "homies" - Moku Thompson, Sean Eyman and Ben Ayson, who keep it real on a topic that hits close to home, literally.
We discuss McKenzie's future, but we even pry deeper, discussing the detriments on the University of Hawaii when local talent leaves for the mainland and get real with why UH isn't competing for some of these athletes.

He's visited 106 College Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) Stadiums, and he's not stopping until he's gotten to all 130; Mike Barker joins us to talk about his journey and one of his "secret-not-so-secret" favorite teams, the University of Hawaii, whom he's watched play home at Aloha Stadium and even on the road. He recently met up with the host, Wayne Coito, and his fellow UH SuperFans in Laramie, Wyoming, where the Rainbow Warriors took on the Cowboys. Upon the conclusion of the third quarter of the game, Mike started his 10-hour drive to Lawrence, Kansas, to see the Jayhawks play the very next morning--he's as fanatical as they come.
We also talk to Mike about his tweet earlier in the day calling out the UH Pay Per View deal that requires fans in the state to pay $70 to watch the game. He talks about how this "trash deal" is destroying the fan base and how any other fan from across the country would agree.
Wayne will also preview the game between UH and undefeated Nevada Reno this Saturday at Aloha Stadium. The nation's 4th leading passing attack features some familiar faces on the sideline, including former Hawaii record-setting QB Timmy Chang, now the Tight Ends coach at Reno. UNR Head Coach Jay Norvell served on UH Coach Todd Graham's staff when the two were at Arizona State.
We also check in with Warrior Nation and get the pulse of what's going on on Social Media. How do the fans really feel about Coach Graham after starting 2-3?
